چکیده
The purpose of this research was to determine the effect organik protein in feed on quality abdominal fat and internal organs broilers. material used 500 Levels P0 (0% protein); P1 (1.5% P2 (3.0% P3 (4.5% protein) P4 (6.0% protein). variables measured were weight broiler (heart, liver, gizzard, pancreas spleen). data analyzed by using ANOVA if it shoes significant different among treatment continued Duncan’s Multiple Range Test. result showed that gave no (P>0.05) heart, liver spleen. use can reduce `abdominal improve performance such as spleen, heart broilers
